Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Types of Games
- Available games: The games and bet types offered through Euro Palace as presented on europalace-ca.com may differ between Ontario and other Canadian provinces due to regulatory requirements and licensing conditions.
- Game rules: Each game is governed by specific rules (paytables, RTP information, bet limits) provided within the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the relevant game rules.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet levels, which may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to check these limits before placing a Bet.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it has been recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your game history or transaction log. Once accepted, a Bet cannot usually be canceled by the Player.
Bet Cancellation and Errors
- Obvious errors (palpable errors): If a Bet or game outcome is affected by an obvious technical or human error (for example, an incorrect odds display, malfunction, or misconfigured game), the Operator may:
- Void the affected Bet(s); and/or
- Adjust the result to reflect the correct conditions; and/or
- Return the stake to your Account.
- Interrupted games: If your connection is lost during a game:
- For RNG casino games, the result will be determined by the game server, and the final outcome will be reflected in your balance upon reconnection.
- For live casino games, the Bet may stand and be resolved based on the outcome determined by the dealer, or be voided, depending on the game's specific rules.
- Operator's decision: In the event of disputes regarding Bets or outcomes, the Operator's records shall be conclusive, subject to review by the relevant regulator or approved dispute resolution body.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Prohibited conduct: You must not:
- Use obscene, racist, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive language in chats or messaging features;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse dealers, other players, or staff;
- Promote illegal activities or share contact details for off-site transactions;
- Collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating or advantage play prohibited by the game rules.
- Fraud and misuse: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit bugs, use automated systems (bots), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage may result in:
- Immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
- Voidance of affected Bets and forfeiture of winnings derived from such conduct, in accordance with Applicable Law; and
- Reporting to regulators and law enforcement where required.
- Monitoring: Chats and gameplay activities may be monitored and logged for security, regulatory, and quality purposes in accordance with the Privacy & Data Protection clause and the privacy policy.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion advertised through europalace-ca.com or the associated operational domains is subject to specific terms (e.g., minimum deposit, qualifying games, expiry date). In case of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail over these general Bonus Terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by jurisdiction (Ontario vs other Canadian provinces), payment method, player status (e.g., new vs existing customers), or previous promotional abuse. The Operator may refuse Bonuses where prohibited by regulation or internal risk controls.
- Activation: To activate a Bonus you may be required to:
- Opt in via a checkbox or promotional code;
- Meet a minimum deposit threshold;
- Comply with any time-limited conditions (e.g., claim within 7 days of registration).
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering multiple: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a 100% bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on bonus funds means you must wager bonus funds 35 times before they can be withdrawn.
- Contribution of different games: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10%, some games 0%). The specific contribution table for 2026 will be stated in the promotional terms.
- Time limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specified period (e.g., 7 - 30 days) from activation. After that period:
- Remaining bonus funds may be forfeited; and
- Winnings derived from unused bonus funds may be removed.
- Order of play: The Operator's systems will generally deduct Bets from real-money funds before bonus funds, or vice versa, as specified in the promotion. The order of play can significantly affect your ability to meet wagering requirements.
Prohibited Games and Bonus Abuse
- Excluded games: Some games may be excluded from Bonus wagering or have reduced contribution. Playing excluded games with bonus funds may lead to:
- Non-qualification of such play towards wagering; and/or
- Removal of the Bonus and any associated winnings in cases of deliberate abuse, subject to Applicable Law.
- Abusive patterns: The Operator may treat the following as Bonus abuse:
- Placing high-value single Bets or hedging Bets to clear wagering rapidly;
- Using multiple Accounts or acting in collusion with other players;
- Depositing, claiming a Bonus, and withdrawing immediately without genuine gameplay.
Combining Promotions
- One offer at a time: Unless explicitly permitted in writing, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time for the same segment (e.g., welcome bonus, reload bonus).
- Priority of terms: Where multiple offers appear to overlap, the Operator will determine which offer applies and may disqualify conflicting offers. The decision will be made fairly and in compliance with Ontario and/or MGA promotional rules.
- No cash value: Bonuses do not have cash value until all applicable conditions are met and are non-transferable between players or jurisdictions.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Accepted methods: The Operator may make available various Payment Methods including, without limitation:
- Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- Interac and similar Canadian online banking solutions;
- Selected e-wallets;
- Bank transfers;
- Prepaid vouchers; and
- (Where permitted by Applicable Law) certain cryptocurrencies via authorized processors.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month. You may also set your own responsible gambling limits where required by Ontario or other regulations.
- Fees: The Operator generally aims not to charge deposit fees but reserves the right to do so where permitted. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose additional fees or currency conversion charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
- Withdrawal conditions: You may request withdrawal of your available real-money balance, subject to:
- Completion of any KYC/verification checks;
- Compliance with applicable wagering requirements;
- Absence of suspected fraud or Bonus abuse.
- Method of withdrawal: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, an alternative method may be offered, subject to anti-money-laundering controls.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 24 - 72 hours after approval), but delays may occur due to:
- Additional verification requirements;
- Banking or payment-provider delays;
- Regulatory reviews.
- Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction or per period may apply, subject to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls. Any such limits will be made available in the cashier or help sections.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
- Refund policy: Deposits will generally not be refunded once used for wagering. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical errors), refunds may be granted at the Operator's discretion and subject to Applicable Law.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account;
- Any winnings derived from the disputed funds may be withheld pending investigation; and
- Relevant information may be shared with payment providers and regulators where necessary.
- Bonus-related funds: If a Bonus is canceled or voided (e.g., due to abuse or expiry), any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be removed in accordance with the specific Bonus terms and regulatory rules.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness of games: The Operator commits to offering games that:
- Use certified random number generators (RNGs) or regulated live-dealer systems, as applicable;

- Operate in accordance with published rules and paytables.

- The greater of (a) the amount of your relevant Bet or (b) your net deposits with the Operator in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
- In any event, shall not exceed the amount of the Bet or game round directly affected by the error or incident, where applicable.
- Ontario and consumer protections: Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights under Ontario consumer laws or Canadian federal legislation, or any mandatory protections under Maltese law for players outside Ontario.
